All Savvy Cleaner digital products are protected by a 7-Day Risk-Free Guarantee.
If you purchase a downloadable product, template pack, or digital resource and decide it is not the right fit, simply email our support team within 7 days of your original purchase date for a full refund.
After 7 days, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.
Because these are digital goods that are delivered immediately after purchase, we cannot offer refunds beyond the 7-day window.
Courses & Training Programs
Savvy Cleaner courses and training programs include a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you enroll in a course and determine it is not the right fit, email our support team within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund.
After 30 days, all course sales are final.
Memberships
If this membership isn’t the right fit, email us within 30 days of your original purchase date for a full refund.
This applies to Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime memberships.

Subscription cancellations stop future billing but do not refund past payments.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact our support team and include:
The email address used for purchase
The product or course name
Your order receipt or order number
Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method used during checkout.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
Abuse Prevention
Our refund policy exists to remove the risk from your purchase.
However, Savvy Cleaner reserves the right to deny refund requests in cases of clear abuse of the policy, including repeated purchase-and-refund activity.
