How do I contact customer service?

What if I contact customer service and they are not open?

If your request has arrived after hours, on the weekend, or on a holiday, you will receive a message telling you that your request has been received.
You will then hear from our team as soon as possible the next day the office is open.

I received an email from you and it said I was not confirmed. What does that mean?

Due to the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003 (Controlling the Assault of Non-Solicited Pornography And Marketing) there are rules in place to help control people from receiving unwanted email and solicitations. When you sign up to receive our newsletter, you trigger a string of automated events. You will receive an email from us asking you to confirm that you requested our free newsletter. It’s called a “double opt in”. A perfect stranger could type your email in our newsletter request. They would just be playing a trick on you – so we send you an email that asks you to confirm, “Hey is this really you and not a trick?” When you click the “confirm here” link our automated system adds a tag to your email that says: Yes, the person who owns the email address wants the free newsletter and it’s not a trick.

What if I don’t want your emails anymore? How can I remove my name from the mailing list?

The CAN-SPAM Act says we have to include a way for you to “Opt out.” At the end of every email you will find an “unsubscribe” button. Clicking that button is the fastest and most accurate way to remove your email from our database. It is an automatic process that erases the tag that says “send me your newsletter”. If you report the email as Spam or you simply block it, the newsletter tag still connects your email address to our database. If you really don’t want to receive it anymore, click the unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. You won’t hurt anybody’s feelings. 🙂

You can also contact support by emailing us and we can have a service technician personally remove you from the list.

What should I do if I do not receive my purchase invoice or product delivery message by email?

Search your inbox for the following words: SavvyCleaner.com Check your spam folder as sometimes messages can get stuck in there.  If you use gmail, check your “Promotions” tab.  If the message is not in your inbox or spam folder, please contact support by sending an email.

What should I do if I received my product delivery email but the links are not working and I cannot download the files?

For PC Users, when you click a link, it should open the video, file or webpage it’s connected to. If you right-click a link, you can download the file and save it to your computer or other device. Technology changes all the time, and new tablets, screens and browsers sometimes don’t work properly with the links. So if the links aren’t working for you, please let us know. Email us and tell us about your browser (Mozilla, Internet Explorer, Chrome etc.) and about your screen (iPad 5 or Desktop PC etc.) this will help us find a solution for your browser and your screen. We are like a team of mad scientists here and we want our stuff to work on all screens and all browsers. 😉
